How are we different?

Our whey protein powder is of the highest premium quality and is made from 100% whey protein concentrate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is obtained from the whey using a gentle filtration process, which results in a naturally higher fat content and a full amino acid spectrum.

Our whey protein powder "Intense Vanilla" is characterised by a naturally creamy milk taste, which is perfectly rounded off with the strong, natural vanilla aroma and the sweetness of stevia. All our protein powders are made entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use purely natural flavours and stevia as a natural sweetener in this blend.

This protein powder has been tested free from selected doping substances within the scope of the Cologne List®. The Cologne List® is a doping prevention initiative which publishes products which have been independently tested for selected doping substances by a world-class laboratory in food supplement analysis. Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Protein contributes to:

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder in 200ml cold water. Consume 1-3 portions daily, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercising.

Daily Requirements

The European Food Safety Authority recommends a daily intake of 0.83g of protein per kilogram of body weight for adults. For those pregnant, an additional 1g, 9g and 28g of protein per day for the first, second and third trimesters, respectively, is recommended. For those breastfeeding, an additional 19g of protein per day is recommended for the first 6 months and 13g per day thereafter is recommended. However, it is important to note that individual protein needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, levels of physical activity and other factors.
