How are we different?

Our optimised Iso-Whey Protein Powder is of the highest premium quality and is produced on the basis of 100% whey protein isolate from controlled production. The milk used comes exclusively from dairy cows in the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein isolate is obtained from the whey using a gentle filtration process (cross-flow microfiltration), which results in a low fat and lactose content and a full amino acid spectrum.

Our Iso-Whey Protein Powder "Intense Vanilla" is characterised by a naturally creamy milk taste, which is perfectly rounded off with the strong, natural vanilla flavour and the sweetness of stevia. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use purely natural flavours and stevia as a natural sweetener in this blend.

This protein powder has been tested free from selected doping substances within the scope of the Cologne List®. The Cologne List® is a doping prevention initiative which publishes products which have been independently tested for selected doping substances by a world-class laboratory in food supplement analysis. Whey Protein

Whey protein undergoes various production processes, resulting in either whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate or clear whey protein isolate, but all whey proteins share a common trait — an exceptionally high protein content and biological value. Biological value serves as an indicator of how effectively a dietary protein can be assimilated into the body's own proteins, and high biological value (HBV) protein is characterised by a full amino acid profile including all essential amino acids (EAAs) and branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs).

Whey protein isolate has less fat and lactose (carbohydrates) than whey protein concentrate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder with 200ml cold water. Take 1–3 servings per day, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercise.

Daily Requirements

The European Food Safety Authority recommends a daily intake of 0.83g of protein per kilogram of body weight for adults. For those pregnant, an additional 1g, 9g and 28g of protein per day for the first, second and third trimesters, respectively, is recommended. For those breastfeeding, an additional 19g of protein per day is recommended for the first 6 months and 13g per day thereafter is recommended. However, it is important to note that individual protein needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, levels of physical activity and other factors.
