How are we different?

Our organic whey protein powder is of the highest premium quality and is made from 100% whey protein concentrate from controlled organic production. The milk used comes exclusively from grass-fed, free-range cows in Germany and the EU. Animal welfare, well-being and health have top priority. In accordance with the "Five Freedoms" animal welfare programme, the dairy cows live in a natural environment with their fellow cows and have unrestricted access to food and water. The whey protein concentrate is extracted from the whey using a gentle filtration process. This has a natural fat and lactose content and a full amino acid spectrum.

Our organic Whey Protein Natural Vanilla powder is characterised by an intense, full-bodied, naturally creamy milk taste, which is rounded off with the mild, natural vanilla flavour and real, ground bourbon vanilla. All our protein powders are produced entirely without artificial flavourings, added sugar or artificial sweeteners. We only use natural flavours and high-quality premium ingredients.

This protein powder has been tested free from selected doping substances within the scope of the Cologne List®. Whey Protein

Whey protein is whey protein obtained from whey. Depending on the type of production, it is differentiated into whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate, whey protein hydrolysate and clear whey protein isolate (clear whey). All whey proteins are characterised by a very high protein content and a high biological value due to their full amino acid profile including all essential (EAA) and branched-chain (BCAA) amino acids. The biological value indicates how well a dietary protein can be converted into the body's own protein.

Whey protein concentrate has a naturally higher fat and lactose (carbohydrate) content than whey protein isolate.

Dosage

Directions

Mix 30g powder (3 tablespoons) with 200ml cold water in a shaker bottle. Take 1–3 servings per day, preferably in the morning and evening and after exercise.

Daily Requirements

The European Food Safety Authority recommends a daily intake of 0.83g of protein per kilogram of body weight for adults. For those pregnant, an additional 1g, 9g and 28g of protein per day for the first, second and third trimesters, respectively, is recommended. For those breastfeeding, an additional 19g of protein per day is recommended for the first 6 months and 13g per day thereafter is recommended. However, it is important to note that individual protein needs may vary according to age, dietary habits, levels of physical activity and other factors.
