Using deionised water, our NADH is enzymatically extracted as beta-NADH from plant-based raw materials, NAD and D-glucose. The extract is then purified to a high degree of purity and freeze-dried into powder form. This results in a highly pure, plant-based raw material of natural origin.
The D(+) galactose used is derived from the natural gum arabic of the acacia tree, which is native to the African continent. No animal ingredients such as gelatine, hair or feathers are used in the production process and only renewable raw materials are used, making our D(+) galactose powder 100% vegan and has a purity level of 99%+.
In contrast to chemically synthesised ribose containing L-ribose, which is rarely found in nature, our ribose powder consists of 100% natural D-ribose obtained from a plant-based source by fermenting glucose. The microorganisms use the pentose phosphate pathway, the same metabolic pathway as humans. This produces only D-ribose and not L-ribose, which the organisms dispose of. No animal components such as gelatine, hair or feathers are used in the production process and only renewable raw materials are used. Our D-ribose powder has a purity level of at least 98% and is 100% vegan. The natural D-form of ribose is also compatible with fructose intolerance.
We use patented, gastric acid-resistant HPMC capsules (DR® Caps) as capsule shells. For the packaging, we use light-protected and environmentally friendly amber glass instead of plastic.
